History of Character:
Lucian has always lived in Val'Dariah. When he was six, his parents sent him to the arcane school for mages. There he quickly learned the arts of being a mage, and at age 15, passed his examins. Shortly after he became an apprentice to a powerful council member. When he was 19 he took the spot on the council reserved for humans after his master passed away suddenly. He has been there ever since.
