She enters through an established portal, since she is a visitor to the realm and doesn't want to get off on the wrong foot. As she enters she is stopped by a guard and asked to fillout some paperwork. She does this and takes the time to ask the guard some questions. Upon finding out that there is a hurricane coming in and that travel into the city has been halted, she asks if personal teleporting is allowed in this realm. The guard shows her to an empty area, since the Hub is so crowded due to the travel halt. Once she is there she manifests her teleporting ability. Quickly she is engulfed in black flames which dance on the tips with a sickly green light. As the flames engulf her she teleports to a tavern in the city, which is always the best place to observe people, especially when the weather is bad.
