Waking up, she looks around the room. The whiles were white, the light was blinding and it hurt her eyes to look. She shields her eyes with her arm, and closes them tight until she is ready to face the light. Where was she? How did she get there? She turns her head, a sharp pain rushes through her neck to her head. She reaches up and feels wires on her and looks at her arms, needles in her greenish blue skin. Why? And . . She loks down at her clothes. A white gown was donned. She lifts the part by her neck and looks down. What? Who would dare do this to her? She reaches behind her as she feels a draft and feels the bare skin of her back. Starting to panic, she brings her knees up to her chest and the blanket that is on the bed, she pulls up and wraps around her so that she can hide all over her that she can. Her movement disrupts the medical equipments and a loud high pitch ringing belts through the room, echoing off the walls. She quickly brings her webbed hands to her ears. Oh, why more pain? She tries to remember the path that brought her to this strange lands, but it came back blank. She doesnt't know what she was doing or where she was planning to go. Frightened, Lorelie buries her head and cries softly, not knowing what to do or where to go.
